Cancellation and Refund Policy

Like traditional subscription, Bethel Online subscriptions are set to auto-renew:

• Whether you chose a monthly or annual subscription, if your account is active then it is set to auto-renew. 
• There is no way to opt out of this cycle, you will need to cancel your subscription to avoid the auto-renewal process.
• If you cancel an annual subscription, you will have access to your account until your next bill date.

Like traditional subscriptions, with Bethel Online Monthly Subscription Plans there are:

• No-hassle cancellation via Bethel.tv or by contacting us
• No hidden costs or fees (sales tax required in some areas)
• We do not prorate or refund canceled monthly subscriptions.

However, if you purchase Bethel Online Annual Plan:

• If you cancel an annual subscription, you will have access to your account until your next bill date.
• We do not prorate or refund canceled annual subscriptions.

If you have purchased an e-course/conferences, you will retain access after you cancel a subscription but remain on the "Engage" (Free) plan.

Cancellation and refund of e-Course, classes or shows

Purchased one off transactions such as e-courses and events are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another product purchase.  If you have any questions, regarding our refund policy please email [e-mail] prior to purchasing content.
