Bethel TV does not have an APP and is not compatible with ROKU, Firestick, or any other device for streaming on your television. These features are in our roadmap and as soon as they become available we will let you know.
HDMI: The best option for streaming Bethel.TV to your TV is via an HDMI Cable. It doesn’t require any bandwidth and will play smoothly and with minimal interruption.
Google Chromecast: We have found Chromecast to be a consistently reliable means to stream. Just make sure you cast from the box on the video and not the nav bar at the top.
AppleTV: Though wireless which will use some of your bandwidth, Apple TV has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy way to stream Bethel.TV on your TV, but that could change at any point when an update is done by the company or you get a new more updated device.
Tech Support: If the above advice doesn't solve your issue and you need further help, please reach out to a technology help website or store in your area for help with your TV or other devices. As much as Bethel TV would like to help, since we are web based we just aren't equipped to help troubleshoot personal device issues and want you to get the best help quickly.
