We are excited for our new streaming experience, and we hope you are too!
With this upgrade, you will have access to revival content (worship, sermons, conferences, e-courses and more) in a more user-friendly and better functioning web platform. Our hope with the migration was that you wouldn't experience any issues when trying to access Bethel Online (formerly Bethel.TV) but with this large of a change, there may be a few things that we will need your help to accomplish.
Technical troubleshooting:

Security Certificate or not able to see the site?
- Please clear all of your cache from your computer and then restart your computer.

- Go to Chrome in the menu and then select Clear Browsing Data
- Under Advanced make sure you check “ Cached Images and Files”. You don’t need the other items checked.

- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.

- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. ...

- Make sure you are logging in with your correct username/email.
- From the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” under the Login button.
- Enter your email and press “Send Email”.
- A link will be sent in an email for you to reset your password.

Can't find your purchase?
- In the event that you cannot locate a previous purchase made from our old platform- marketplace - on our new platform, please reach out to contact@bethel.tv to verify that this item has been transferred to the new site.
- In rare cases, older content will have been eliminated due to archive constraints.
- We appreciate your value and investment in bethel.online content.
- In most cases- the elimination of these items is due to the age of the content; many items older than 9/10 years (2014 and older) were not transferred.
- Due to our refund policy (found@ Cancellation and Refund Policy page)we are unable to offer a refund for any item that has not been transferred.
