With this upgrade, you will have access to the same revival content (worship, sermons, conferenes, e-courses and more) but in a more user-friendly and better functioning web platform. Our hope with the migration was that you wouldn't experience any issues when trying to access Bethel.TV but with this large of a change, there may be a few things that we will need your help to accomplish.
- Security Certificate or not able to see the siite.
- Please clear all of your cache from your computer and then restart your computer.
- Chrome-

- Go to Chrome in the menu and then select Clear Browsing Data
- Under Advanced make sure you check “ Cached Images and Files”. You don’t need the other items checked.

- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
- Note: You may want to also clear your browser history

- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

- Please clear all of your cache from your computer and then restart your computer.
- Password not working
- Make sure you are logging in with your correct email address.
- From the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” under the Login button.
- You will receive the below. Enter your email and press “Send Email”.
- A link will be sent in an email for you to reset your password. If you don’t receive it in your in box, check your spam box.
