speed adjustments

On the prior site we could choose to watch at a lessor quality or just audio....  because we have wifi speed issues here I am often unable to watch or it will continually repeat lines... I have several family members who are in other countries that have similar issues. I sent a message several weeks ago and they said they were looking into a fix... is there a time period for this fix?

  You can change the quality setting on the bottom right hand side of the player. If you have a slow internet, try switching over to audio or lower quality there.

  Thanks for your response and I know that little wheel formerly worked..... but it does not work with this new site revisions. Have you tried it?

  it turns blue but does not bring up that "quality" window option

  Which browser are you using? And do you have adblock extensions installed?

   

  Because it is working for me on Chrome without adblock or any similar extensions.
