when I try to watch live, I get an error message: embedded is disabled on this page. Tried looking up on the internet; no help.

  Are you using Safari? If so, go to the Safari menu > Preferences > Privacy and uncheck the option for 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'. Unfortunately due to the way they're embedding the video on the site, you have to enable all cookies for it to work properly in Safari. Alternatively, it should work fine in Google Chrome!
